Packing and Shipping

We pack chairs and tables according to the products' frame and material, separately using plastic film, air bubble bag , corrugated paper, plastic bag , Kraft paper, small pasteboard box, non-woven fabrics, ect.

1. What payment terms do you accept and usually do?
      T/T (30% in advance & 70% balance against B/L copy) or Irrevocable L/C at sight
2. What's your sample terms and lead time?
     Buyers need to pay doubles for the sample(the 50% will be return once place an order); 1-3 days

3. Will you pack the goods with assembly instruction? Because we don’t know how to assemble them. 
    Yes, we put the assembly instruction into the package. If you still don’t know how to assemble, you may consult us.
4. What’s your MOQ? and do the price related to the quantity?

5. If the goods are damaged after receipt, how to deal with?
